Term of Service

With the vision to create a world full of responsible adults through financial literacy, CW is formed to create a total integrated and interactive personal financial planning platform. Big is a licensed financial planner by the Securities Commission Malaysia under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The web based platform (“CW FINANCE”) provides User with financial tools to know your numbers, be ahead of the curve and out of poverty through 3 simple steps of [1] Account, [2] Analyze and [3] Action.

CW is based on
subscription fee paid by registered User. There are 3 different packages User can gain access to CW Finance:

1. Free access to Profile, Cash In and Protection module only
2. Pro for RM15.00 per month or RM120.00 per year to access all Big Plan modules
3. Class (onsite) for RM89.00 with 3 months access to all Big Plan modules

*RM means Ringgit Malaysia

Any overdue service fee shall be given an additional 14 calendar days together with an email notification failing which CW shall temporarily suspend your access till any outstanding is settled in full. Temporary suspended user account for a period of more than 90 calendar days from the due date shall be permanently deleted from our database. 

CW works hard to provide the best service or platform it can be but acknowledges that complex software is never wholly free from defects, errors, bugs and security vulnerabilities. CW Finance, however, is provided "as is", and Big make no guarantees that CW Finance will always be safe, secure or error-free, or that CW Finance will function without disruptions, delays or imperfections.

Transaction data entered by User shall be stored in the database and routinely backup for a period up to 2 years.

CW shall use reasonable endeavors to maintain the availability of CW Finance to User between the public internet and the network of the hosting services provider but does not guarantee 100% availability. For the avoidance of doubt, downtime caused directly or indirectly by any of the following shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement:

(a) a Force Majeure event which gives rise to a failure or delay in either party performing any obligation under this Agreement (other than any obligation to make a payment), that obligation will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event;
(b) a fault or failure of the internet or any public telecommunications network;
(c) a fault or failure of the User's computer systems or networks;
(d) scheduled maintenance carried out by Big with prior written notice given to User;
(e) upgrade to CW Finance.

CW shall provide a User Support Helpdesk to User with prompt respond as and when possible.

Any notice shall be sent by Big to User via email stored in CW Finance under the Setting, in which case the notice shall be deemed to be received upon the stated time and date of the mail server.

User shall be responsible to keep the email address stored in CW Finance up to date. User can send any notice or feedback in regards to this Agreement or CW Finance to this email address support@cwfinance.my.

As a registered User of CW Finance, you agree and warrant that:

1. It is solely for your own personal use and must not be used to provide services to any third parties.

2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password which allow you to access CW Finance .

3. All required alert and notices to be sent electronically to your email address and it is your responsibility to update or change that address when appropriate.

4. You must not copy, republish or redistribute any content or material from CW Finance. Any distribution, reprint or electronic reproduction of any content or material in whole or in part for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

5. You shall not access or use CW Finance in any unlawful manner and for any unlawful purpose which violates the applicable laws, rules and regulations.

6. You shall not use any written program, algorithm or methodology to access, acquire, copy or monitor CW Finance in attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverseengineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of CW Finance.

7. You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless CW Finance from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, demands, and expenses arising from your use of and access to CW Finance.

8. You shall pay any service fee due to be paid to Big under this Agreement promptly.

Please note that any attempt breach or violation of the warranties may result in Big temporary suspending your access to CW Finance.
