Mega Miama Sdn Bhd (”CW”) is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia. As an establishment in Malaysia, CW is to adhere to the law of Malaysia under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

CW operates the web based personal financial planning platform (“CW FINANCE”) under the domain name www.cwfinance.my . By subscribing to CW Finance as a user, you shall grant consent for CW to process your personal data as according to the Act.

Your personal data like name, date of birth, identity number, email, and credit card are collected to allow CW Finance to provide its personal financial planning services to you as a user. Details of your immediate family members are also requested under the Profile module to complete the big picture to your personal financial planning.

All personal data collected shall not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the user.

As a user to CW Finance, you can access and correct your personal data under the Setting once login. Big shall retain your personal data so long as you remain as an active user and it shall be permanently deleted from our database once advised otherwise.
