VITIS @ Sungai Besi

The Vyne is an upper market leasehold condominium. The project is located in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. Phase 1 of the development is named Trellis which consists of Block A and B, whereas phase 2 is named Liana which will encompasses Block C and D. The next phase being phase 3, is named Vitis. The developer responsible for the high-end residential development is Natural Domain Sdn Bhd, which is a subsidiary of Gadang Holding.

There will be a total of five blocks within The Vyne, and blocks C and D for Liana has 23 storeys. Three elevators would service the entire 23 levels, and each level at Liana will have a maximum of only eight units. Trellis features a higher density with 172 units per block whereas the later Liana will only have 152 units per block, allowing for improved level of privacy. Future Vitis Phase will only hold 152 units.

There are a total of four layouts in Liana, ranging from 2 bedrooms to 3 + 1 bedrooms with 2 to 3 bathrooms. Depending on which layout is bought, owner will receive between 1 and 3 parking lots. Launch prices of the units start from RM400,000 and goes up to RM950,000, for units sizes ranging from 855 sf to 1,449 sf. Units facing the city are pampered with a magnificent, panoramic view of the KL City skyline which include the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower.

Security within The Vyne features a three-tier system with access card both to access the floors and the grounds. Round-the-clock patrol is present in this high-end condominium. Facilities are extensive; for the health fanatics, there is the squash court, jogging track, sauna and steam room, a glass-room gymnasium, and even an artificial rock-climbing wall. Apart from that, the grounds feature two acres of extensively landscaped gardens, including a Zen area, and a relatively large swimming pool. In terms of amenities, The Vyne is rather centrally located to easily access them. There are three hospitals within a 5 km radius, namely Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Pantai Cheras Medical Centre and Universiti Malaya Hospital. Shopping centers within comfortable driving distance of less than 10 km like Mid Valley Megamall, Berjaya Times Square, The Gardens Mall, Bangsar Village, and Scott Garden. Also noteworthy is the 24-hour wholesale mall, NSK where groceries can be bought 24-hour a day. The township of Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park is also very near, allowing for easy access to basic amenities. Nearby schools include SJKC Salak Selatan, SK Salak Selatan, SMK Taman Desa and SMK Sri Sentosa.

One of the best selling points of The Vyne is the fact that it is located smack in the middle of several highways, allowing convenient access to many places within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The KL - Seremban Highway, Federal Highway, KL - Putrajaya Highway, Pantai Baru Expressway, Smart Tunnel Motorway are all easily accessible from the doorstep of The Vyne. Access to The Vyne via public transportation is rather troublesome, as there are no bus stops or LRT stations within walking distance.
